As a production artist at HealthPartners, a nonprofit healthcare organization offering insurance and healthcare services across the midwest, I designed numerous maps for our patient experience and recruitment initiatives.

A clinic visit has the potential to be one of the most difficult experiences of someone’s life. Clear navigation before and during the visit means one less hurdle. After creating a variety of printed rehab location maps for TRIA Orthopedics and demonstrating an enthusiasm for wayfinding and patient experience, I was trusted to refresh the design of HealthPartners’ map templates and became the subject matter expert on my team.




The mission of HealthPartners is to make healthcare simple and affordable. A large part of that is making sure we attract top doctors and clinicians. The care system location maps I designed were a key collateral piece in our 2023-24 recruitment campaign, helping prospective talent find a workplace in or near their community. I worked with art directors, designers and project managers to ensure the final pieces were on-brand, fit the campaign, and secured the approval of top leadership.




My map was a cohesive part of the campaign materials, seen above in this presentation slide designed by a colleague.
